All applicants first must be screened for income & resource eligibility. Most intake is done over the telephone. Regular telephone intake is Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
For emergency cases, domestic violence cases, and cases for clients 60 years of age or older, telephone intake is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
